Suitable for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. Activities include

• Indoor & outdoor orienteering exercises
• Physical training
• Problem solving activities
• Club social

No experience neccessary. Juniors under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Everyone welcome, including families and individuals.

Cost adults £2.50, children £1.50, families £5.00.
