Race Entries filling up fast

Entries for the races are coming in faster than ever before and most of the 190 places in the A race are already taken. If you're thinking of entering - DO IT NOW!! The B race is well on the way too and we expect that to be full before the closing dates on 20 September (postal) and 28 September (online).

New guidebook published

Northern Eye Books have published a new guidebook, "Walking Cheshire's Sandstone Trail", with accompanying Sandstone Trail Web Site. There is an events section, which features the Sandstone Trail Race.

2008 Race Entry open

We are now accepting entries for the 32nd Sandstone Trail Race to be held on the 5th October 2008.

Entries are preferred via our online system, but we also accept postal entries. In either case further details about this year's race and how to enter are available on this page.

2008 race announcement

As usual there will be two one-way races that make up the Sanndstone Trail Race this year. Parking will be in Delamere Forest and there will be bus transfer to the Race A and Race B starts. The full 2008 race information will follow, so keep an eye on this website.

The preferred Race Entry is via an Online Entry system available from 1st April, 2008; although postal entries will still be accepted.
